The service

SyncChart computes astrological charts and compatibility scores from the birth details you provide, using a JPL-ephemeris calculation engine, and sells written reports generated from those calculations. Reports are digital goods delivered online immediately after payment; a PDF copy is included for you to keep.

For reflection and entertainment

Astrology reports are provided for reflection and entertainment. They are not professional advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial, psychological or relationship counselling — and no report guarantees any outcome about your life or relationships. Decisions you make are your own.

Accuracy of inputs

Reports are only as accurate as the birth details entered. If you do not know a birth time, say so in the tool: the report will state clearly which parts (rising sign, houses) could not be computed instead of guessing. Birth years outside 1900–2050 cannot be computed with our ephemeris tables and are rejected by the tool.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once — SyncChart sells one-off reports, not subscriptions, and will never charge you recurring fees. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Your purchase is complete when your report link is delivered; if our system fails to generate your report after a successful payment, we will fulfil it manually or refund you — see the Refund Policy.

Your content and acceptable use

You are responsible for the details you enter and for having a reasonable basis to enter another person's birth details. Purchased reports are licensed for your personal use; you may share your own report link, but you may not resell reports or scrape the service. Report links are unguessable tokens — if you share a link publicly, anyone with it can read that report.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
