Privacy Policy

What we collect

SyncChart has no user accounts. To compute a chart we collect only what you type into the free tool: for each of the two people, a name (or nickname), birth date, birth time (optional — you may instead select "I don't know the birth time"), and birth place (a city from our list, or coordinates you enter). When you buy a report we also store an order record: the product, the amount, and links to the reports generated for that order.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record; Dodo receives the payment information needed to complete your purchase under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

Birth details are used solely to compute the charts, compatibility scores and reports you ask for. We do not sell personal data, we do not use birth details for advertising profiles, and we do not share them with third parties other than the payment processor (for the purchase itself) and, if you enable an AI-written report, the language model provider that drafts the report text.

How your reports are accessed

Reports and cards live at unguessable links (long random tokens). Anyone who has the link can open it — treat it like a password and share it only with people you trust.

Retention

Cards, orders and reports are retained for up to 365 days so you can revisit purchased reports, after which they are deleted. Server logs are kept for a short rotation window for security and debugging.

Deleting your data

You can delete a card and everything derived from it — orders, reports and the share image — at any time, yourself, on our Delete my data page: you only need the card link we gave you. If you have lost the link, contact us at haiyuwrld@gmail.com with any detail from your order (for example the payment receipt from Dodo) and we will delete the associated data manually and confirm by reply.

The other person's details

Compatibility reports need two people's birth details, which are usually entered by one person. If your details were entered by someone else and you want them removed, use the deletion page with the card link, or contact us as above and we will remove them.

Cookies

The site works without accounts and does not set advertising cookies. Any cookies set are strictly functional.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
